Mr. Salvador "Zaldy" Vilches of VBHS graduated in 1978. He is currently working as an accredited mediator of the Philippine Mediation Center. He is married for 23 years to Mrs. Nimfa C. Vilches, Assistant Court Administrator of the Supreme Court of the Phil. They have two grown children Nicole 19 and Beni Steve 21.
